I'm all in favor of the groundswell of populism imbuing the guerilla/tactical/provisional/vigilante urbanism. But at the end of the day, these things are still training wheels. If we can't get the top down systemics in the right place, we are all:
a) Fortunate
b) Unfortunate
c) Crazy
d) Tragic
