Dallas Never Forgets How to Ride a Bike

News coverage of this morning's bike ride. Once again, this needs to be framed as a fundamental "re-wiring" of how our city is interconnected and how streets are designed. If it's all about "adding bike lanes," it will appear to the rest of the constituents like a lot of time, money, and effort to a fringe group. The "complete streets" initiative has to be branded (and carried thru) as an effort to make streets more livable, which allows for increased density, which allows for the city to no longer be fiscally defunct.
