Often considered a failure for its lack of jobs that the title "new town" would suggest, in many ways and in actuality, it has become sort of the ideal suburb; a satellite of the primary city, planned in total as a blend of city and country but allowed to develop and grow organically while accommodating a range of housing types.

No guesses from me today.. I'm tired and busy. But it does kind of look like the place where they shot the newest Hulk movie.
before anybody starts down researching down that track, a quick search of IMDB reveals the following:

and none of those are correct (or close) and NO, it also isn't Houston or Lubbock.
